The cookie dough is made like a classic peanut butter cookie dough. If you are short on time, you can even use a premade refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough for this recipe instead. Divide the prepared cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan and bake until the center of each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick. Decorate each cookie cup with the pretzels for the antlers, chocolate chips for the eyes, and m&ms for the nose. Let cool completely before serving.
Reindeer Peanut Butter Cookie Cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pretzels
- chocolate chips
- red m&ms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture and mix until it is fully combined. Evenly divide the peanut butter cookie dough between the prepared muffin pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and decorate each cookie cup with pretzels, chocolate chips, and m&ms.
