Chocolate S’mores Blossom Cookies

Soft and chewy chocolate cookies filled with crushed graham crackers, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallow bits. All topped off with a chocolate kiss. These easy chewy cookies have all of the classic flavors of s’more. Everyone will love these tasty cookies this summer, or any time of the year.

The cookie dough is made like a classic chocolate cookie dough, then crushed graham crackers, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallow bits are all folded into the cookie dough. Roll the dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and place one chocolate kiss on top of each cookie. Let cool completely before serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallow bits
  • chocolate kisses

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  • Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the crushed graham crackers, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallow bits.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top each cookie with one chocolate kiss.
