Buttery and sweet snowball cookies filled with crushed chocolate Oreo cookies. All rolled into powdered sugar. These sweet buttery cookies make the perfect treat to bake for Christmas this year. Everyone will love the fun twist on a classic snowball cookie.
The cookie dough is made similar to a classic shortbread cookie dough. Except that crushed Oreo cookies are folded into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large baking sheet. Bake until the bottoms of the cookies are lightly browned. Then roll them into a dish of powdered sugar, and let cool before serving.
