Grinch Cookie Cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- green food coloring

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Add in the green food coloring, and mix until it is fully green. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie cup.
