Soft and chewy cookie cups topped with chocolate kisses. These monster cookie cups are filled with oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and m&ms. They are so easy to make and make a delicious dessert to enjoy anytime for any occasion. Everyone will love these monster cookies topped with chocolate kisses.

The cookie dough is made like a classic monster cookie dough, filled with oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and m&m candy. The cookie dough is divided between a lined muffin tin and baked until they come out clean in the center. After the cookie cups are out of the oven, place one chocolate kiss on each cookie cup. Let cool on cooling racks completely before serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup m&ms
  • chocolate kisses

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, salt, and baking soda.
  • In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and m&ms. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and place chocolate kisses on each cookie cup.
