The only four ingredients that you need for these s’mores sticks are graham crackers, peanut butter, mini marshmallows, and a bag of chocolate chips. The peanut butter is spread onto half of the graham cracker sticks and placed onto a large baking sheet in a single layer. Place mini marshmallows over the peanut butter and bake for just a couple of minutes, until the marshmallows start to puff up. Sandwich with the remaining graham crackers. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Dip the s’mores sticks into the melted chocolate and set onto plates. Let them sit until the chocolate has set completely.

Ingredients
- graham crackers
- peanut butter
- mini marshmallows
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Break the graham crackers into sticks. Place half of the graham crackers onto a large baking sheet in a single layer.
- Evenly spread the graham crackers with peanut butter. Place 2-3 mini marshmallows on each graham cracker on the baking sheet. Bake for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sandwich with the remaining half of graham crackers. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Dip the tops of each s'mores stick into the melted chocolate, and set onto plates. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
