Flourless Peanut Butter Reindeer Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made with no flour. Decorated into reindeer for Christmas. It is so easy to make these delicious cookies, and everyone will love decorating these cookies into reindeer. It takes just a couple of minutes to prepare the cookie dough, and a only few minutes and couple of ingredients to turn these cookies into reindeer. Everyone will love making and decorating these cookies this Christmas.

The only ingredients for this easy flourless peanut butter cookie dough is peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. The ingredients are all mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the center of the cookies comes out clean. Decorate the cookies with the pretzels for the antlers, chocolate chips for the eyes, and m&ms for the nose. Let the cookies cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pretzels
  • chocolate chips
  • M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter with granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Decorate the cookies with pretzels, chocolate chips and m&ms.
