These soft and chewy chocolate cookies are stuffed with an Oreo cookie baked into each cookie. The Oreo cookies go perfectly with the flavor of the chocolate cookies. These cookies are such a fun treat to make Christmas, Valentines day, or any other holiday or occasion. Everyone will love the Oreo surprise in each cookie.
To make the cookie dough, it is similar to making a classic sugar cookie dough, except that cocoa powder is added. Once the dough is prepared, roll it into balls, and flatten each piece. Place one Oreo cookie onto each piece of dough and wrap the dough around the cookie fully covering it. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet, and bake until the dough is fully cooked through.
