Quick and easy homemade crunch bars using only three simple ingredients. It only takes a couple of minutes to put these candy bars together, and there is no need for baking at all, just a microwave and large mixing bowl. Instead of your classic chocolate crunch bars, these candy bars are made with white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. They make the perfect homemade candy to make this Christmas season.

The only ingredients that you need to make this homemade candy is white chocolate chips, rice krispy cereal, and dried cranberries. The chocolate chips are melted in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth. Fold the rice krispy cereal and dried cranberries into the melted chocolate, coating it fully. Press the chocolate mixture into a baking dish. Refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set. Cut into bars and serve.

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup rice krispy cereal
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Fold in the cereal and cranberries. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Cut into bars.
