Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter, and both sugars. Mix until fluffy.
- Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until a thick dough forms. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and set them onto a large ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
