Turkey Peanut Butter Balls

Peanut butter balls can even be for Thanksgiving with these peanut butter balls decorated into turkeys. Tasty homemade peanut butter balls covered with melted chocolate and decorated with candy corn and candy eyes. These no-bake peanut butter balls make a great easy treat to make for Thanksgiving or any fall day. 

To make the dough for these peanut butter balls, softened butter is mixed with peanut butter and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto plates. refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, before coating in chocolate. Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, melt in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, set onto plates. Decorate with the candy corn at the top, candy eyes for the eyes, and another piece of candy corn for the nose. Let the chocolate set completely before serving.

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • candy eyes
  • candy corn

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, with a mixer beat softened butter with peanut butter and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. Roll dough into bite-sized balls, set onto plates. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth.
  • Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate, set back onto plates. Decorate with candy corn and candy eyes. let chocolate set.
