All you need to make these potatoes, are olive oil and some basic seasonings that you may already have on hand. These potatoes are perfect for serving as a side dish to go alongside any main meal.
There is no need to peel the potatoes, you can leave the skin on the potatoes for this dish. Dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and mix with olive oil and seasonings. Spread the potatoes out into the air-fryer basket and air-fry until the potatoes are crispy and fork tender.
Crispy Air-Fryer Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air-fryer to 400 F. In a medium bowl, mix potatoes with oil and seasonings. Place potatoes into the air-fryer basket.
- Air-fry for 10-15 minutes.
