Air-Fryer Chicken Nuggets

Crispy and juicy homemade chicken nuggets made in the air-fryer. It is so quick and easy to make these homemade chicken nuggets. Coated in a crispy breading of breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.  They only need five simple ingredients, and it is so easy to prepare them. These nuggets are made crispy in the air-fryer without using any oil.  Make these nuggets for a delicious family-friendly meal.

For the breading, in one shallow dish, combine eggs and milk. In another shallow dish, combine Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Cut the chicken into nuggets and dip into the egg mixture, then fully coat each piece in the breadcrumb and parmesan coating. Place in batches in the air-fryer basket and air-fry until crispy and no longer pink in the center. Serve with ketchup or ranch dressing.

Air-Fryer Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air-fryer to 400 F. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs and milk. In another shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  • Dip each chicken nugget into the egg mixture, then fully coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Air-fry in batches for 7-8 minutes per batch.
